This is draft policy language for Cue, shared for transparency while the product is in early access. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel, and it may change before general availability.
Using Cue
Cue is a voice-following teleprompter for live meetings. You may use it to load scripts, run sessions, and mark up a shared canvas with the people you invite. Use it lawfully and don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's rooms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the scripts, notes, and canvases you bring to Cue. You grant us only the permission we need to store and display that content back to you and the collaborators you invite, and to operate the product. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you load.
Recording and consent
Because Cue can process meeting audio, recording laws apply to how you use it. You are responsible for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires before capturing a conversation. Our consent notice explains this in more detail.
Early access
Cue is still evolving. Features may change, and the service is provided as-is during early access without warranties. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms, and continuing to use Cue after a change means you accept the update.
